Each of our 5 bedroom has its own distinctive style and is comfortably furnished with either a 6ft double bed or twin beds, of which two can be combined with zip-and-link mattresses, plenty of wardrobe space and a seating area for relaxing.

The King John bedroom, the master bedroom, is sumptuously and traditionally decorated with a 6ft antique French bed. It has original Tudor windows looking out over a walled garden.

Leading off the bedroom is a large dressing room, which could be used as an adjoining room for children, and it has its own distinctive en-suite 1970’s Harrods bathroom with mirrored walls, twin basins and large bath.

The Queen Mary bedroom is light and airy and has dual aspect views over the lake and garden. It has a restful muted colour scheme of light blue and cream with distressed cream furniture and a 6ft double bed.

The Alice Keppel bedroom, decorated in neutral shades with pine furniture, has twin beds recently used in the Beatrix Potter film.

This bedroom and the Queen Mary room share a marble and chrome Art Deco bathroom with bath and separate shower.

The John Evelyn bedroom is ground floor with windows looking onto the moat and gardens and French windows opening out on to the courtyard. It is elegantly decorated in cream with cane and light walnut Art Deco furniture. The beds can be twin or combined.

The Oriental bedroom is a smaller but charming room with twin beds and antique painted furniture. There is a window looking on to the moat and a Chinese Moon window opening on to a small oriental garden.

The bedrooms on the ground floor share a modern oak bathroom with bath, jet shower and sound system.

We can provide 2 full size folding beds for use in the dressing room or bedrooms on request.

All Linen and towels is provided.
